Goal Free Zones Recharge Your Inner Batteries

Have you ever had a day when you just didn’t feel like doing anything? Well sometimes, I have those days and all I want to do is just watch daytime TV, go to the bookstore or library and just chill out.

But you know what? Sometimes when you feel as if you’re not going anything, you’re actually doing something. It’s called recharging your batteries.

And just like real batteries, we need recharging as well. If you were to always focus on a project you’re working on, without taking time away, it actually hurts the project.

We all need some downtime. And that’s why long weekends, vacations, and simply spending time in a ‘goal free’ zone can be beneficial to helping you live the life the love.

So, the next time you feel like chillaxing, just do it, it’s good for your mental health and contributes to living a life you love.
