The Dr. Oz VIP Experience

DSCN2062Yesterday was truly a wonderful and exciting day.  I got to attend a live taping of the Dr. Oz show in New York City at the NBC Studios.

From the beginning, I truly felt like a VIP, with a car service, an ‘entourage’, which consisted of a couple of good friends and the most energizing experience being part of a segment, called “The 7 Deadly Sins of Aging”, which will air on January 5, 2010 on FOX, just be sure to check your local listings for times.

This got me to thinking about what I share with people about expanding their current level of awareness.  Once you have an experience that you want to experience over and over again, your level of awareness has now expanded!

The car service yesterday was such a treat that hubby and I are planning to take a limo down to see the Nets and the Rockets play in New Jersey.  When you think about it, life really boils down to the experiences we have, even bad along with the good.

So this coming 2010 , I invite you to start thinking about ways you can expand your current awareness.  A mind once expanded can never go back to it’s original size.

Getting Ready For 2010

Posted by Michelle Greene | Posted in Personal Transformation | Posted on 16-12-2009

1208566_new_year_2010Today, I’m really excited.  In just 3 hours, the car will be be here to drive a couple of my girlfriends and I to New York City to attend a taping of the Dr. Oz show at Rockefeller Plaza.

I’m scheduled to do a short segment on bad habits.  My bad habit of choice? Not exercising.  Yes, I know we all make New Years Resolutions to get into better health, but by the end of February, all of our good intentions have gone out the window.

So why do we not exercise if we know that we can look better and feel better? The classic question, and I can say it comes back down to pain and pleasure.  We will ALWAYS do more to avoid pain than to gain pleasure, even if the pleasure is something priceless like optimum health.

So part of my personal transformation is to slim down my figure for 2010.  To do this, I will need to associate not exercising painful, so I can move away from pain like most people.

I’m looking forward to meeting with America’s favorite doctor today.  I’ll add the clip and time the show airs as I get more information.

So what are your New Years Resolutions for 2010?
